We want your stay at The Hermitage to be as relaxing and comfortable

for you as possible so we offer these accommodations:

Clean, comfortable rooms with their own bathrooms and showers included; Kitchens that can be used by all guests. both open and covered decks and porches with hammocks for reading and lounging with a glorious view of the shoals and falls. We also have a dumb waiter for your luggage

indoor lounge area with sofa, chairs and fireplace; wireless and corded high speed Internet, free parking; complimentary delicious breakfasts; and coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks at all hours.

The Oak Room

$150 per night

The Oak Room is roofed in just that: oak beams that highlight this room's personality. The upper floor of the Hermitage is a timber frame and there is wood everywhere: Red Oak beams for the 14 foot ceiling with white pine on the walls and heart pine flooring. It a very comfortable room with a sliding glass door in a wall of glass overlooking the falls and shoals. The queen-sized bed is positioned perfectly to sprawl in and look out over the creek. A recliner and rocking chair give you two choices of comfort for reading that novel you couldn’t leave at home. A private bath with Italian porcelain tile, shower and tub accents the Oak Rooms is rooms 14-ft ceiling with a 12-ft ceiling of its own, a very open and spacious room. The artwork reflects the nature of the room and its namesake, a giant White Oak tree right outside the door.

The Spider Lily Room

(Romantic Suite)

The Spider Lily Suite is an intimate space located on the lower floor of The Hermitage, and it is a very versatile room with many amenities. The sitting room has a beautiful view of the creek thru the glass door It is equipped with one double bed (soon to be queen pull down Murphy bed) and one Full size Futon sofa that lets out into a very comfortable bed. The room has a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with table and two chairs, and a washer and dryer. Radiant floor heat in the winter warms like no other heating system. This space is perfect for folks wanting an extended stay or for that couple who just want to sleep in and make their own coffee and breakfast.

GUEST INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Rates include all guest services with cozy accommodations and a full gourmet breakfast and beverages is served between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings. On Tuesday thru Friday a Continental Breakfast and beverages is served starting at 7:30am until.... I work those days and leave at 8AM.

Two night minimum on weekends

Reservations require a one night deposit at the time of booking with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. At check-out we accept personal checks or cash. Cancellations with full refund are accepted 4 days prior to your scheduled stay, except for holidays when we require one weeks notice
